Chris Peterson is a freelance writer for local publications and national magazines and active community volunteer. In addition to decades of writing and editing, Chris has organized farmers markets and holiday markets, worked as a Peace Corps volunteer, has experience general contracting for and building a passive solar home, and has been an employment/education counselor. Chris is bilingual in Spanish and spends some of her volunteer time translating for health clinic physicians and patients.
